Service Offering:
High speed digital scanning and cataloguing of documents up to A3 size and secure destruction, if required.​
Service Description:
  • ​Provide secure storage of all documents at all stages of the process
  • Set up imaging templates KFI (Key From Image) fields to customer specifications
  • Prepare documents for scanning (removal of bindings, clips, staples, folders, etc.)
  • Document scanning to 300 dpi to PDF/ A format in black and white or colour
  • Index each scanned file to KFI field as specified
  • Provide portable hard drive containing all scanned data
  • Reassemble files and reinstate to catalogued archive box for return or
  • Provide secure destruction of archive boxes and Certificate of Destruction

Technical Capability:

We scan at high speed using a TWAIN/ISIS compliant scanner and numerous output image formats can be selected. The high speed KODAK scanner used caters for pages up to A3 in size.

This service is available at our Condell Park Australian Disability Enterprise in South Western Sydney which has  easy access to the M5/ M7 major transport corridors.
